- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Start by boiling the sunflower seeds for 10 minutes in water for them to soften, it will make the process much easier.
- Drain the seeds and then just beat with the other ingredients in the blender or mixer until you reach the ideal consistency. If you prefer it creamier, add more water.
- Adjust the seasonings.
- Store in the fridge in a closed container.
