Medium zucchinis4 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Crushed garlic2 to taste
Ground beef300 g
Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
Mozzarella1 to taste
Green Smell1 to taste
Salt and spices1 to taste

Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise
remove the seeds
Reserve the zucchinis and sauté the onion, garlic, ground meat, seasonings, salt and green smell and tomatoes making the stuffing.
Stuff the zucchinis, place the mozzarella and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese
Put in the oven at medium temperature
Bake to the point you want, I prefer the zucchinis not too soft and with the cheese well gratin
