Ingredients

  • Tomato | 2 unit(s)
  • Ricotta Cream | 3 tablespoon
  • Basil leaves | 4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Curry |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Thread of olive oil |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Make a cut in the top of the tomato and remove all the core, leaving no seeds. Add a pinch of salt and turn the tomatoes upside down so as not to accumulate liquid. Reserve;
  2. In the mixer, beat the ricotta cream, the basil leaves, the pepper, the curry and the salt;
  3. Stuff the tomatoes, cover with oregano and place in a greased roast with a thread of olive oil;
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 40 minutes.
