Ingredients

  • Shitake | 6 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni Sausage | 30 g
  • Onion | 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Clove | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper |  to taste
  • Grated Parmesan | 50 g
  • Green Smell | 10 g
  • Azente |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Wash the Shitakes. Then cut the stems and remove some of the mushroom pulp.
  2. On medium heat, place the pepperoni sausage chopped into small cubes in a pan and the small cubes chopped into slices. Brown for 2 minutes and then add the diced onion and crushed garlic to brown a little.
  3. Place the Shitakes in a mold and then place the stuffing and then place the grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Take to bake for 20 minutes. Before serving, add the Cheiro verde.
