- - Way of doing: The first step is to cut the potatoes always following the direction of the length. Then cook the potatoes with salt and wait until they are very soft. With the help of a dish towel, pick up the potatoes while they are still hot, being careful not to end up burning your hands. Dig the potatoes and remove some of their pulp so that it looks like a boat. The pulp should be saved for later use. After you have your potatoes dug in, you will have to fry the bacon and wait until they are very crispy. Then mix the bacon with the pulp that was removed from the potatoes. Add the mozzarella, cheese, ham and parsley. Then stuff the potatoes and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
