  • Bacon200 g
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Chopped Mozzarella200 g
  • Chopped ham200 g
  • Chopped green smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and cook with salt until tender.
  2. Hold the potatoes while they are still warm with a tea towel so you don't burn your hands.
  3. Dig and remove some of the pulp, it will look like a boat.
  4. Reserve the pulp.
  5. Place the already “dug” potatoes on a baking sheet. Fry the bacon until very crispy, mix the bacon with the potato pulp, the curd, the mozzarella, the ham and the green smell.
  6. Stuff the potatoes and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
