Coloque o azeite em uma tigela, adicione sal, pimenta, páprica, alecrim e tomilho. Mexa bem. 

Put the oil in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and thyme. Shake well.

Espalhe a carne generosamente em todos os lados com a marinada preparada. Deixe descansar na geladeira  por 2 horas. 

Spread the meat generously on all sides with the prepared marinade. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Em seguida, asse a carne fritando-a em uma panela de cada lado por 4 minutos em fogo moderado. 

Then roast the meat by frying it in a pan on each side for 4 minutes over moderate heat.

Adicione o alho à panela. Em seguida, coloque a carne em papel manteiga, faça cortes profundos e espalhe a marinada no interior da carne. Nos cortes colocamos batatas fatiadas, que também espalhamos com a marinada.
Enrole bem a carne no papel manteiga.


Add the garlic to the pan. Then place the meat on parchment paper, make deep cuts and spread the marinade inside the meat. In the cuts we put sliced potatoes, which we also spread with the marinade.
Wrap the meat tightly in parchment paper.


Asse em forno por 60 minutos. Em seguida, retire o papel, asse por mais 20 minutos.


Bake in oven for 60 minutes. Then remove the paper, bake for another 20 minutes.
