- Thyme to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Salt to taste
- Put the oil in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary and thyme. Shake well.
- Spread the meat generously on all sides with the prepared marinade. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Then roast the meat by frying it in a pan on each side for 4 minutes over moderate heat.
- Add the garlic to the pan. Then place the meat on parchment paper, make deep cuts and spread the marinade inside the meat. In the cuts we put sliced potatoes, which we also spread with the marinade. Wrap the meat tightly in parchment paper.
- Bake in oven for 60 minutes. Then remove the paper, bake for another 20 minutes.
