- Potato4 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese4 unit(s)
- Diced Bacon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Cook the potato until soft with a little salt.
- Cut them in half and remove some of the core.
- Add some bacon and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add oregano and olive oil to taste
- Do this with all the potatoes
- Bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
