  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Sausage200 g
  • Seasoning to taste
  1. Place the potatoes with peel in a pan with water and salt, bring to the fire until they are soft.
  2. Go testing with a knife, when it enters well in the potatoes it is ready. hang up and book
  3. Saute the sausage, use seasonings you like. No sauce needed.
  4. With the potatoes still warm, open the top by making holes in them.
  5. Remove the sauce without leaving the skin too thin.
  6. Add the sautéed sausage inside them and cover with cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and that's it. just serve.
  8. Tip: You can use whatever stuffing you want.
