- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Sausage200 g
- Seasoning to taste
- Place the potatoes with peel in a pan with water and salt, bring to the fire until they are soft.
- Go testing with a knife, when it enters well in the potatoes it is ready. hang up and book
- Saute the sausage, use seasonings you like. No sauce needed.
- With the potatoes still warm, open the top by making holes in them.
- Remove the sauce without leaving the skin too thin.
- Add the sautéed sausage inside them and cover with cheese.
