Pressure cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
Cut them in half, remove the core and set aside.
Fry the bacon and set aside too.
In a bowl, place the potatoes and mash well.
Add the egg and mix very well.
Add part of the mozzarella and bacon, and the cottage cheese, hit the salt.
Mix everything, and stuff the potatoes with portions of this preparation.
Put in each half of potato, small portions of bacon, mozzarella and finish with green smell.
Place in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
