Corte uma tampa na lateral da batata, e faça um buraco nela para que possa colocar o recheio dentro

Misture o miolo da batata com requeijão, o Bacon e 100 gramas do queijo, coloque sal a gosto

Mix the potato brains with curd, bacon and 100 grams of cheese, add salt to taste

Recheio as batatas, salpique o restante do queijo por cima, e asse até dourar 

Stuff the potatoes, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, and bake until golden.
