- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Bacon1 cup
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Cut the potatoes in half horizontally and cook with the skin on in salted water until soft.
- After they are cooked, remove a little of the pulp from each potato, leave it as if it were a boat and reserve what you took
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet
- Fry the bacons and then mix with the reserved pulp of the potatoes, add the curd and the mozzarella
- Take this mix and stuff the potatoes
- Bake for about 20 minutes
- After roasting, sprinkle green parsley on top and serve while still hot.
