  • Sour cream200 g
  • Mozzarella cheese12 unit(s)
  1. First, clean the potatoes well, cut them in half and boil them in salted water. They can't cook much.
  2. In a pan, fry the pepperoni in pieces, remove the excess fat and set aside.
  3. Once the potato is cooked, remove it from the water and let it cool.
  4. After the potato is cold, scrape the potato core with a spoon and mix it with the already fried pepperoni.
  5. Add the cream cheese, cream and onion cream.
  6. Mix everything and fill each potato with a generous spoonful of the cream. Arrange all the potatoes in a refractory and on top of each one, place a slice of cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven until the cheese is browned.
