- Half a kilo of potato, 150 grams of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter, parmesan and potato straw.500 g
- Cook the potatoes with a little salt, drain and puree, add the butter and stir.
- In a refractory grease with olive oil, line with half the puree, fill with the cheese, cover with the rest of the puree, drizzle with a little more olive oil.. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and top with the potato straw. Bake in the oven until golden and it's ready đ
