Ingredients

  • Eggplant | 2 unit(s)
  • Sweet olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Cumin pepper | 1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic | 1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped green smell | 1 to taste
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar | 1 dessert spoon
  • Grated white cheese | 100 g

Recipe

  1. Cut the eggplants in half and make transverse cuts and add to a bowl of water for 20 minutes.
  2. Make a sauce with the oil, pepper, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano and a little vinegar. Test until you get a flavor you like.
  3. Pour this sauce over the eggplant, placing it well inside the cuts you made earlier.
  4. Put the cheese inside the cuts
  5. In a refractory greased with olive oil, take the eggplants to bake in an oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
