  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive2 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper, green smell to taste
  • Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Cooked ground beef300 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese100 g
  1. With the eggplant lying down, cut it in half horizontally;
  2. In a pan with water and salt, and cook the eggplants until they are slightly soft;
  3. Remove from heat and remove the eggplant pulp;
  4. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and the chopped eggplant pulp in olive oil.
  5. When golden add the cooked ground beef and tomato and let it cook, add salt, pepper, green smell to taste,
  6. Arrange the cooked eggplants on a baking sheet greased with olive oil, season with a little salt and pepper;
  7. Place the stuffing in the middle of the cut eggplants; cover with the mozzarella cheese;
  8. Bake in a preheated oven until the mozzarella melts.
