  1. Cook the minced meat, seasoning to taste leaving a little sauce on the meat.
  2. Open the cabbage in the form of slices from the inside Remove the leaves until you see that the ground meat fits inside the cabbage.
  3. Place the minced meat inside and cover with the first leaves that were removed first in the form of slices.
  4. In a pan, prepare a sauce with tomato paste, water and salt. The sauce has to cover half of the cabbage.
  5. As soon as it starts to boil, put the cabbage inside the sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for 35 minutes. Remembering the sauce cannot be too thick.
  6. After 35 minutes, remove and serve.
