- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Parma Ham100 g
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- To begin with, you can stuff your artichokes with whatever you like.
- Starting the recipe, cut the tips of the artichoke petals, sauté the garlic and onion until golden, place your whole artichoke, lightly sauté it and cover with water, let it cook for 1 hour.
- Once cooked, remove from the water and stuff between its petals, cover with grated parmesan and take to the oven to gratin. Then just serve
