- Cassava flour2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the string beans, drain the water and set aside.
- Cut the bacon, sausage and onion finely chopped, fry the garlic and onion in oil
- and let it brown. Pour the bacon and sausage and add and let it fry until it gets very brown, put the beans and keep mixing so the beans get the taste of the ingredients. If you prefer, put beans sason together, it's tastier.
- Finally, add the flour. This dish goes very well with barbecue.
