- Cook the beans and set aside. Cut the bananas, bacon, sausage and fry (reserve)
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, peppers and tomatoes.
- Then add the beans (turn off the heat), bananas, bacon and sausage stir. Then add the flour, seasoning and eggs and mix well.
