- Arborio rice2 cup

- Homemade broth1 l
- Strawberry puree2 cup
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- White or red wine1/3 cup
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the butter and add the onion, season with a pinch of salt and sauté until wilted.
- Add the rice and mix well for 1 minute to coat all the grains.
- Season with salt and pepper - remember that homemade broth does not contain salt
- Add the wine and stir until dry. From the entrance of the wine, turn on a timer of 17 min.
- Water with 2 ladles of the broth and keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- As soon as it starts to dry, repeat the addition of broth.
- Keep watering and stirring until 5 minutes left to finish.
- When there are 5 minutes left, add the Parmesan cheese and strawberry puree until the risotto is creamy.
- When the time is up, serve immediately.
