- Strawberry500 g
- Sugar150 g
- Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 teaspoon
- Chop the pepper into very small pieces. Without the seed.
- Wash the strawberries, cut into 4 parts. Place the strawberries in the pan with the sugar, lemon and pepper.
- Over low heat, cook the strawberries until thick. This process can take up to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, keep cool to use on toast, meats, etc...
