  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Qualho cheese to taste
  1. Cook the rice, quail eggs, vegetables and set aside.
  2. Blanch the sun meat, then shred and reserve.
  3. In a pan, roast the sun-dried meat already shredded in garlic and onion. Add the already cooked rice, potato, carrot, olive, quail egg, corn and cheese cut into cubes.
