- Spinach150 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in butter until the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the chopped spinach and sauté until it wilts and the water that comes out of it evaporates completely.
- Add the cream and cook until creamy, stirring occasionally.
