Ingredients
- washed bunch of spinach | 1/2 unit(s)
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
- small chopped onion | 1 unit(s)
- garlic | 1 unit(s)
- cornstarch | 2 tablespoon
- milk | 300 ml
- box of sour cream | 1 unit(s)
- grated cheese | 100 g
Recipe
- boiling spinach leaves in salted water for 4 minutes
- drain, squeeze and chop them
- in a pan, melt the butter, sauté the onion, garlic and spinach
- add the cornstarch diluted in the milk and stir until it thickens
- turn off the heat, mix the cream and the grated cheese
