- Spinach200 g
- Light cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan3 tablespoon
- Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the spinach. Season with salt and sauté until wilted.
- Lower the heat and add 1 box of cream, 2 spoons of grated parmesan and 2 spoons of light cream cheese. Season with nutmeg and check the salt.
- Transfer to a platter, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese or mozzarella, and take it to the oven until the cheese melts and gold. Serve next!
