  • Spinach200 g
  • Light cream1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan3 tablespoon
  • Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the spinach. Season with salt and sauté until wilted.
  2. Lower the heat and add 1 box of cream, 2 spoons of grated parmesan and 2 spoons of light cream cheese. Season with nutmeg and check the salt.
  3. Transfer to a platter, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese or mozzarella, and take it to the oven until the cheese melts and gold. Serve next!
