Cheese to taste
Eggs4 unit(s)
Milk100 ml
Butter40 ml
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste

Cook the potatoes in 1.5 liters of salted water for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
Pour half of the potatoes into a pan, add 20 grams of butter and oregano. Arrange the cheese and ham over them.
Top with the remaining potatoes, add 20 grams of butter and season with pepper and oregano. Take the eggs, milk and a little salt and beat well.
Pour the dish with the resulting mixture. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes at the same temperature.
