With the muscle chopped and washed.
Heat the pressure cooker, add the oil, the garlic, chopped with salt and onion, let it brown.
As soon as it's golden, put the muscle and the chopped tomato and let it fry, and make the drip and fry, add 1/2 glass of water and stir. After this water has sevat and starts to fry again, add the rest of the water and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Once the 30 minutes have passed, take off the pressure and when you put the fork in the meat is soft, put the chopped cassava (if you need to, adjust the salt). Let it cook for another 20 minutes (more or less).
Let the broth thicken and add chives to give it a touch..
