  • Fresh Basil250 g
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Squeezed Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Nuts50 g
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Spaghetti400 g
  • Burrata1 unit(s)
  • Pistachios2 tablespoon
  1. Boil the basil for 3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package specifications (usually 10-11 minutes.
  3. While the pasta is cooking prepare the pesto: In a food processor or blender, add the basil, olive oil, squeezed lemon, Parmesan, walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth, grainy consistency.
  4. Drain the pasta and transfer to a platter. Add the pesto and mix well. Then serve with burrata, split with your hands and sprinkled with pistachios.
