- Soybeans2 cup
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon

- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Start by soaking the soy beans in water for 12 hours, drain the water and wash well. Cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes or 30 minutes in a regular pot.
- Drain the soy beans and place in the food processor along with all the ingredients except the cornstarch.
- Add cornstarch to bind and mix well. Adjust the seasoning.
- Shape into a croquette, transfer to a greased shape with oil and bake at 200° for about 25 minutes or until golden.
