  • Oregano150 g

  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Oats250 g
  1. Put water to combine.
  2. Put the soy in a bowl
  3. When the water is warm, put it in the soy and sperm half there brother and add it.
  4. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
