- Meat250 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Sour cream1 to taste
- In a pressure cooker, add the garlic, the chopped onion, the chopped tomato and the carrot cut into small pieces, stir and add the salt.
- Add the water add the meat let it cook for 15 minutes check if the meat is soft
- Add the pasta and leave for another 15 minutes add the cream and leave for another 3 minutes
