- Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 dessert spoon
- Margarine1 dessert spoon
- Parmesan to taste
- Saute onion and garlic then mix in the chopped vegetables. Add 1 coffee cup of water and cover the pan for the vegetables to steam. Once cooked, mash with the help of a potato masher or fork and set aside.
- In a pan, place the milk, margarine, nutmeg. Bring to a boil and stir until it boils and thickens.
- Mix the mashed vegetables, the cream and adjust the salt. Place in a refractory, sprinkle Parmesan and take it to the oven for fixings.
