- carrot puree1 cup

- Beat whole eggs until it doubles in volume and forms a light cream.
- Gradually add the puree and oats and finish by adding the salt and pepper.
- Bake on a greased platter (I used olive oil and cornmeal) in an oven at 180° for 20 min or until it is very firm.
