  • Grated medium carrot1 cup
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Water0 to taste
  1. In a pan over medium heat, put a thread of oil, add the garlic and onion and let it brown a little.
  2. Then add the carrot, parboiled rice, salt and water until covered.
  3. Stir so that the carrot is well distributed in the rice and cover
  4. Turn off the heat before drying all the rice water and leave it covered to finish cooking.
  5. TIP: You can add rice seasoning or natural seasoning like saffron. Ready to serve.
