- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Boiling water2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Green smell to taste
- Give the onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the carrot cut into cubes and sauté.
- Add the rice, fry for a minute and add the boiling water. Season with salt.
- When the water is almost dry, lower the heat and cover. When it dries completely turn off the fire and finish with green smell.
