- Potatoes1 kg
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, cook in a pan with water and salt until they are very soft, almost falling apart.
- Drain the water and squeeze the potatoes in the juicer
- Put the mashed potatoes, butter and milk in a pan and leave on low heat.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy, taste and if necessary add salt to taste, done 😉
- Tip: if you want your puree even smoother, take it to the blender and beat well
