- Very tender boiled pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk1/2 cup
- Place the pulp of the cooked Cabotiá squash in the processor and beat well until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Put this puree in a pan and add the butter and milk and stir well over low heat until it starts to boil and bubbles form.
- Turn off the fire and adjust the salt to taste and that's it 🤤😋
