Tomato1 unit(s)
Salt. to taste
Onion1 unit(s)
Water2 tablespoon
Garlic clove (crushed)1 cup
Olive oil. to taste
Tomato Extract1 unit(s)

Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.
In a pan put the oil (let it heat up) add the garlic, salt, onion and tomato.
Mix everything very well and let it cook for 1 minute (always stirring so it doesn't burn).
Add tomato paste and water and mix.
Let it boil for a few minutes (remembering that you should always stir so it doesn't stick to the pan). Enjoy your food!
