Ingredients

• Tomato | 1 unit(s)
• Salt | . to taste
• Onion | 1 unit(s)
• Water | 2 tablespoon
• Garlic clove (crushed) | 1 cup
• Olive oil | . to taste
• Tomato Extract | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.
2. In a pan put the oil (let it heat up) add the garlic, salt, onion and tomato.
3. Mix everything very well and let it cook for 1 minute (always stirring so it doesn't burn).
4. Add tomato paste and water and mix.
5. Let it boil for a few minutes (remembering that you should always stir so it doesn't stick to the pan). Enjoy your food!
