  • Black beans500 g
  • Dried meat cut into cubes500 g
  • Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Paio sausage cut into slices1 unit(s)
  • Bacon cut into cubes300 g
  • Salt pork ribs cut into pieces500 g
  • Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
  • Parsley1 to taste
  1. Start by desalting the meats overnight.
  2. Place the beans in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes after it gets pressure. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the meats separately to remove excess salt. Remove from heat and wash with cold water and set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the pressure cooker, place the meat and add the beans.
  5. Cook for a further 20 minutes after the pressure cooker or until the meats are tender to your liking.
  6. Serve with rice, cabbage and farofa
