- Pork ribs300 g
- Bacon200 g
- Pepperoni200 g
- Black beans4 cup
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Soak the beans for 12 hours
- In a pan, fry the bacon, the pepperoni and the ribs, and in the same pan add the beans that were soaked, top up with water and cook for 20 to 20 minutes.
- Fry the garlic, add the spices and season the feijoada
- Let it boil to thicken and serve with kale vinaigrette and farofa
