- Chicken breast and wing drumstick400 g
- White rice1 cup
- Fresh peas100 g
- Cherry tomato150 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- White Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Red, green and yellow bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Herb salt to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste

- I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon and left it marinating for about 30 minutes to make it Tasty.
- In a pan I added the oil and when it was very hot I added the chicken pieces, I browned them well on both sides I added the seasonings little by little until it was a very juicy stew.
- I added the rice and sautéed together, added enough hot water to cover the rice and the chicken, covered the pan and cooked for 15 minutes, opened the pan and added the peas and tomatoes and left another 5 minutes over low heat, turned off the fire and finished with green smell.
