- Chicken fillet in thin strips or cubes.1 kg
- chopped onions2 unit(s)
- salt1 tablespoon
- Pinch of ground black pepper1 to taste
- ketchup2 tablespoon
- Box of sour cream of your choice1 unit(s)
- Can of corn of your choice1 to taste
- In a large skillet, melt three tablespoons of the butter and brown the chicken, little by little, over high heat.
- Remove the meat and add the remaining butter.
- Fry the onion, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of ketchup, mix well, lower the heat, leave for about 5 minutes, with the skillet covered.
- Gently incorporate the cream and remove from the heat before boiling.
- Serve with white rice and accompanied by patatas straw.
