- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil1/3 cup
- Season the broccoli upside down with the oil, tossing the inside well spread out. Then the salt and pepper trying to spread well inside.
- Wrap in foil and bake over low heat for about 35 minutes.
- I like to serve it with a simes white sauce seasoned with garlic and nutmeg.
