- Black beans200 g
- Diced Bacon100 g
- Diced pepperoni150 g
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Chopped Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt, smoked paprika, black pepper to taste
- Parsley and chopped chives to taste
- I soaked the beans in water for 2 hours, washed them, drained all the water and cooked them under pressure for 20 minutes with a little salt.
- In a pan I fried the bacon and pepperoni over low heat to release all the fat, when the cubes were already golden I removed them from the pan, added the olive oil and fried the garlic, added the onion, peppers, tomatoes, pepper, paprika and a little more of Salt.
- I sauteed these seasonings well, added the fried pepperoni and bacon and the baked beans, covered the pan and left it for another 15 minutes in the fire, finished with green smell.
