• Tomato | 1/2 unit(s)
• Salt | 1 to taste
• Wheat | 2 tablespoon
• Egg | 3 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Chop the onion and tomato into pieces (remove the seed).
2. In a bowl or plate, beat the egg whites, then add the yolks and the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
3. Then heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry the omelet turning the two parts and that's it.
