  • garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • onion1 unit(s)
  • cottage cheese2 can(s)
  • sour cream1 unit(s)
  • mustard1 tablespoon
  • tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • very finely chopped provolone cheese50 g
  • mozzarella50 g
  • Parmesan cheese as much as needed for gratin1 to taste
  • shredded cheese52 g
  • salt1 to taste
  1. Season the shrimp with garlic, grated onion and a little salt and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Put a non-stick skillet on the fire and let it warm up well.
  2. Put a thread of olive oil and put the shrimp in the skillet and keep stirring so you don't add water.
  3. As soon as the shrimp are pink, start adding the cheeses, first the provolone, then the mozzarella, the cream cheese, the cream.
  4. Put the mustard, tomato sauce, dry seasonings, stir well and turn off the heat.
  5. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, place the parmesan on top of the oregano and place in the oven to brown for about 10 minutes over high heat.
