- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Ginger1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chives5 g
- Mayonnaise400 ml
- Ketchup50 ml
- Cognac1 tablespoon
- Mandioquinha (baroa potato)3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil500 ml
- Clean the shrimp and season with lemon slices, ginger, salt and chives.
- In a couscous pan or steamer, cook the prawns for 4 minutes.
- GOLF SAUCE: mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and cognac. Adjust salt.
- With the help of a mandolin, slice the manioc into thin slices.
- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the manioc chips. Dry on paper towels. Reserve.
- Cut half the prawns in half and toss in the sauce. Leave some for decoration.
